Assistant Inspector Manager
Marigold Home Inspections is a locally-owned company that has been growing since 2018, providing a variety of home inspection services. They are seeking an Assistant Inspector Manager to support daily operations, communication, and team coordination, while managing client care forms, training schedules, and tool inventory.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main daily contact for inspectors, resolving issues and relaying updates to the Inspector Manager and ensuring forms and processes are completed on time
Track, organize, and resolve client care issues while supporting inspectors in maintaining consistent documentation
Manage tool checkouts/returns, track missing or damaged items, and maintain simple systems to keep equipment organized
Coordinate scheduling for new hires and training, update calendars, communicate changes, and assist with time/schedule adjustments
Track vehicle usage, coordinate maintenance, monitor gas cards and assignments, report issues, and ensure vehicles remain clean and stocked
Reinforce procedures, communicate patterns or concerns to management, and contribute ideas to improve team operations
Serve as the on-call backup for field needs, including covering when someone is out, assisting with on-site issues, running materials or supplies as needed, etc
Qualification
Required
At least 1+ year of experience as a home inspector
Foundational industry credentials, including sewer camera training, radon certification, mold certification, water testing (or obtain credentials within 60 days)
Positive, accountable, and team-oriented
Comfortable using GSuite, working within spreadsheets, and learning internal systems/software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be detailed and organized with both physical items and electronic resources
Professional, supportive, and calm under pressure when handling issues or competing requests
Good judgment in resolving concerns and escalating to the Inspector Manager as needed
Proven ability to track multiple processes at once (forms, tools, vehicles, follow-ups, schedules)
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership for keeping operations smooth
