Responsibilities
Review and evaluate member and investor servicing requests, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and guidelines
Processing more complex servicing requests in relation to real estate secured and commercial loans
Manage the department's ticketing system, including responding to inquiries and assigning tasks appropriately
Maintain high task quality and ensure adherence to internal procedures
Provide guidance, support, and training to fellow loan servicing representatives
Meet established deadlines and performance standards for all servicing functions
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the servicing department
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 4 years' experience in mortgage servicing, with a focus on advanced or specialized tasks
Knowledge of residential mortgage servicing required; commercial loans, HELOCs, SCRA, and investor loan servicing experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership ability and team collaboration
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable adapting to change in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred
Familiarity with Keystone loan servicing systems
