Responsibilities

Assist with administration and delivery of professional development programs, including New Employee Orientation, the Pirate Readiness Enhancement Program, and other sessions

Creates, modifies, and improves electronic and hard copy documents, presentations, and communications

Supports planning and execution of live events

Prints, sorts, organizes, and prepares materials for live, hybrid, and remote training and orientation sessions

Other duties within the Employee Well-Being & Success unit as assigned

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

High degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail

Scheduling availability to work 10 hours per week during the academic year

Preferred

Students in any major with an interest in a career in human resources, organizational development, or adult learning are encouraged to apply

The L&OD SA should also possess strong communication skills, including public speaking, presentations, and written media
