Responsibilities
Format, design, and assemble proposals, qualifications, and presentations in alignment with SmootDC’s brand standards and pursuit strategy, ensuring timely, compliant submissions
Develop visual materials for digital and print platforms, including LinkedIn, project sheets, signage, and internal campaigns, maintaining consistent visual identity and storytelling tone across all materials to ensure cohesive, high-impact communication
Maintain marketing content libraries, proposal templates, and project data to support accurate and efficient pursuit development
Assist with planning, logistics, and creative collateral for career fairs, community engagement, and workforce development events
Prepare and format decks, newsletters, and reports for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with company tone, culture, and mission
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign
Experience using SharePoint, email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and WordPress content management systems
Proficiency with PowerPoint and presentation design
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take on multiple roles and responsibilities based on team needs
Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate proficiency in Excel
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and accountability in all deliverables
