Community Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

Design and implement effective in-store outreach strategies aimed at increasing foot traffic and acquiring new memberships
Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with grocery store leadership and staff to enhance branch visibility and foster collaboration
Initiate and develop relationships with local businesses, community groups, and organizations to broaden the credit union's reach
Attend community events, school programs, and business networking functions as a representative of the credit union
Maintain strong follow-up processes to convert leads into long-term member relationships
This position will require branch coverage at times, and the ability to fill in at the in-store locations as warranted and assist members
This role includes defined key performance indicators, such as increasing the number of new member accounts, enhancing in-store engagement and community visibility, effectively converting leads into sustained relationships, and fostering positive partnerships with grocery store management and community organizations

Compliance with all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA
Attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training
