Responsibilities

Maintain both physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts and related documentation

Update internal databases with accurate information for new hires and employee changes

Create, manage, and remove job advertisements on various platforms

Prepare reports and presentations detailing HR metrics, such as hiring statistics by department

Develop training materials and onboarding content to facilitate employee integration

Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, such as vacation eligibility and other policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR practices, applying sound knowledge to daily operations

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism

Provide approachable and helpful assistance to employees and management

Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and other tools to support HR processes effectively

Required

Degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field

Entry-level experience in HR or administrative roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to perform background checks and handle auditing tasks

Knowledge of labor laws and ethical HR practices

Critical thinking skills to address employee concerns and operational challenges
