Lead marketing efforts for the home health program
Develop strong relationships with referral sources including hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, and health insurance companies
Carry out marketing efforts that will lead to the growth of the home health program
Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
Use computer software applications for marketing tasks and manage projects with little supervision
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, home care, skilled nursing, etc.) marketing
Strong existing relationships with referral sources including hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, health insurance companies, etc
Ability to carry out marketing efforts that will lead to the growth of the home health program
Professional, personable, driven, and intelligent
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
Sufficient computer proficiency in healthcare marketing, including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and email software applications
Ability to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines
Multiple years' experience in marketing preferred
