Responsibilities
Represent T-Mobile professionally while working as part of the Merchant Row team
Visit local businesses face-to-face to introduce telecom products and services
Ask questions to understand current systems, challenges, and goals
Build rapport with business owners through professional, in-person conversations
Support the sales process by identifying and qualifying opportunities
Develop core B2B sales and business development skills through structured training
Work closely with senior team members to improve performance and confidence
Take ownership of daily activity and contribute to the growth of the local market
Qualification
Required
Motivated to build a long-term career in business development or sales
Confident and professional in face-to-face conversations
Competitive, driven, and eager to learn
Comfortable in fast-paced environments
Coachable and open to feedback
Organised and reliable
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or entry-level sales is helpful but not required
