The Associate will facilitate the creation of LLCs, Business Tax IDs, and ensure an outstanding client experience while supporting the company's leadership goals.

Responsibilities
Gathers, reviews, and verifies required documents for completion fulfillment of services offered through Equity Specialty Services
Responsible for providing client support to our Solo 401(k) customer base
Responsible for the formation of business entities for our customers
Responsible for the creation of unique business tax IDs
Works with stakeholders across teams located in Ft. Myers, FL and Westlake, OH
Monitors and maintains operational pipeline
Monitors and updates corporate actions
Institutes continuous improvement approaches where appropriate; assess processes and make recommendations for workflow improvements
Works collaboratively in a team environment to achieve team, department, and overall business goals
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Resolves client issues and concerns
Provides project support
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred
LLC product knowledge or financial services experience preferred
