Merchant Row is a boutique sales agency based in Philadelphia with global experience, specializing in in-person B2B sales campaigns. They are seeking a Sales Person to represent T-Mobile, meeting local businesses in person and introducing their products and services while demonstrating how T-Mobile’s solutions can improve efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities
Represent T-Mobile while working as part of the Merchant Row sales team
Meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face across Philadelphia
Ask questions to understand current telecom systems and challenges
Explain and demonstrate T-Mobile business solutions, including phone, internet, and mobility options
Help clients compare plans and choose suitable packages
Support the wider sales team by passing on qualified opportunities
Check in with existing clients to ensure a positive experience
Keep basic notes and records of daily interactions
Qualification
Required
Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
Friendly, approachable, and professional
Confident explaining information and answering questions
Willing to learn and take coaching on board
Organised, reliable, and motivated
Interested in building a career in B2B sales or account management
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centres transfers well into this role
