Senior Media Buyer
LDX Digital is a digital marketing agency that is looking for a Senior Media Buyer to implement, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across client accounts. The role requires a detail-oriented Google Ads expert who excels at execution and can translate strategic direction into precise campaign builds and ongoing optimizations.

Responsibilities
Execute and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display, and related channels based on strategic direction provided by the Digital Strategist
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with a focus on performance, efficiency, and scalability
Implement bidding strategies, budget pacing, audience targeting, and creative testing aligned with account goals
Monitor daily performance and make proactive optimizations to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume
Ensure all campaigns follow direct-response principles and best practices
Closely monitor account performance and flag trends, anomalies, or risks early
Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements
Maintain clean account structures, naming conventions, and documentation
Escalate blockers, performance concerns, or technical issues to the Digital Strategist promptly
Understand how ads connect to landing pages, funnels, offers, and user journeys
Collaborate with funnel builders, creatives, and CRO teams to ensure traffic is aligned with downstream conversion systems
Provide feedback on funnel performance, creative alignment, and offer resonance based on ad performance signals
Support full-funnel testing initiatives by implementing traffic strategies and testing frameworks
Launch and manage creative tests based on strategist direction and platform insights
Rotate, test, and iterate ad copy, assets, and formats to maintain performance and avoid fatigue
Provide data-backed feedback to creative teams on what is performing and why
Ensure creative implementation aligns with platform requirements and policy standards
Work closely with the Digital Strategist and broader media team to execute strategic roadmaps
Participate in daily stand-ups, performance reviews, and sprint planning
Maintain accurate task tracking and updates in ClickUp
Take ownership of assigned accounts and deliverables with a high standard of execution and reliability
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts (Search, YouTube, PMax, Display)
Strong experience with Ecommerce, with preferred experience in health and wellness
Strong executional expertise in campaign builds, optimizations, and performance monitoring
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes
Experience working within direct-response, performance-driven environments
Understanding of full-funnel marketing, CRO concepts, and landing page dynamics
Comfortable collaborating with strategists and providing thoughtful input when appropriate
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow strategic direction while maintaining independent problem-solving capability
Preferred
Google Ads certifications would be a bonus
