New Grad, Entry LevelPhaxis is seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to enhance their data processes. The role focuses on updating and maintaining the custodian system to ensure KYC data accuracy and managing a repapering initiative.

Responsibilities
Revise the custodian system by identifying and filling in any missing KYC data fields
Support the review of client records to determine which forms need to be repapered
Clearly and promptly communicate repapering requirements to advisors
Monitor and track the progress of repapering activities, escalating any issues that arise
Work closely with internal teams to ensure an efficient and coordinated process
Keep thorough and accurate records and documentation throughout the data management and repapering process
Participate in additional ad hoc projects as necessary
Qualification
Required
Meticulous and proactive professional
Experience in updating and maintaining custodian systems
Ability to ensure KYC data is complete and accurate
Experience in managing repapering initiatives
Strong communication skills to convey repapering requirements
Ability to monitor and track progress of activities
Experience in escalating issues effectively
Ability to work closely with internal teams for coordination
Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
Willingness to participate in additional ad hoc projects
