Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing a broad range of legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, corporate resolutions, compliance forms, and intellectual property (IP) filings
Support the onboarding and management of franchise partners by ensuring proper contractual documentation, compliance verification, and alignment with corporate legal standards
Conduct legal research on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and IP-related matters, summarizing findings for internal counsel and supporting ongoing projects
Maintain and update legal databases and document-management systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely retrieval of information
Monitor deadlines, renewals, compliance requirements, and franchise-related obligations, helping ensure business continuity and legal consistency across regions
Evaluate existing documentation workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, proposing enhancements that increase efficiency, consistency, and legal robustness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally complemented by a Paralegal Certification
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal administrative role, preferably within an international or corporate environment
Experience handling licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance documentation, ensuring compliance across different jurisdictions
Strong understanding of contract management workflows, legal document organization, and compliance processes
Highly organized and able to work with precision, demonstrating excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and structure legal information clearly and accurately
