Humand is a company that helps organizations digitize their internal communication and HR processes. They are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring a positive experience for prospects and coordinating meetings with the Sales team.

Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on inbound leads generated by Marketing
Qualify opportunities through calls to understand context, needs, and customer potential
Schedule qualified meetings with the Sales team
Log and update lead information in the CRM in an organized and consistent way
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve inbound lead quality and conversion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in commercial roles or inbound lead management (SDR, BDR, Sales, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, active listening, and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently
Intermediate/advanced English
Preferred
Experience in SaaS companies (preferred, especially in HR Tech)
