Responsibilities

Research trends, competitors, and customer feedbacks to develop design direction & strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create line plans and build collections

Create design sketches, CADs, and line sheets to communicate concepts

Develop tech packs to ensure design integrity from concept through production

Design and refine artwork for embroidery, prints, appliqué, and other embellishments

Partner closely with technical designers to develop, fit, and approve garment samples

Liaise with factories & suppliers on sample, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery

Prepare and present seasonal collections to internal team and retail buyers
