The Business Development Specialist will help grow the Architecture practice by driving new business through relationship-building and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
Drive new business by building relationships not only with outside customers but within the company
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
Work with the team to implement effective campaigns that market our solutions and services
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities
Track Business Development Opportunities using CRM software
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Conduct presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients
Execute and participate in operations for conferences, events, etc
Track and report on business development activities, performance, and results
Qualification
Required
Must be results-oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with other teams in their organization and create strong business relationships with external partners
Work independently with minimal supervision, but also work well in a team environment
Must have strong analytical skills and be well organized
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Technical discipline of JMT
10+ years of related experience
Comprehensive knowledge of firm's practice areas, clients and competition
Knowledgeable of the RFP structure and proposal process
Preferred
Experience in business development preferred
