Responsibilities
Architect and implement AI/ML platforms using LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, HuggingFace, and similar frameworks
Design APIs and interfaces for seamless integration between AI models and client applications
Fine-tune and deploy pre-trained models tailored to business needs
Ensure data security and compliance across AI systems
Architect proactive automation workflows that transform reactive business processes into intelligent, self-managing systems capable of identifying patterns, predicting needs, and executing remediation without human oversight
Apply Responsible AI principles including bias mitigation, transparency, and governance
Design and deploy autonomous agents capable of decision-making, goal-setting, and dynamic interaction
Architect multi-agent systems with human-in-the-loop workflows and feedback loops
Govern agent farms with accountability guardrails and performance metrics
Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering for model performance
Translate business requirements into technical AI use cases and platform designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, data science, and business analysts
Lead enterprise transformation by embedding agentic AI into architectural practices and business models
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
7+ years of software architecture experience with 2+ years focused on AI systems
Hands-on engineering background - must have built and shipped production systems, not just designed them
Full-stack engineering mindset - must understand and engineer complete systems from frontend to backend, infrastructure, and data layers to effectively automate them
Experience with event-driven architectures
Expert-level proficiency with agentic development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Deep understanding of large language models, AI agents, and autonomous system design
Knowledge of modern AI-driven protocols including MCP (Model Context Protocol) and similar emerging standards
Strong background in enterprise software architecture and AWS cloud platforms
Experience with context engineering, AI workflow orchestration, and multi-agent systems
Proven track record of leading technical transformation initiatives
Preferred
Prior IT digital consulting experience is highly preferred
