Responsibilities
Serve as the engagement lead on assigned client accounts, overseeing planning, execution, and final deliverables
Develop detailed engagement work plans, including budgets, timelines, and staffing needs
Manage, coach, and mentor staff associates and interns, providing ongoing performance feedback and skill development
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and effective leadership
Collaborate with audit, tax, and advisory teams and participate in proposal and business development efforts
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of all engagement materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required
4+ years of experience within a public accounting firm
Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
Preferred
CPA designation strongly preferred
Financial Services industry experience preferred, but not required
Familiarity with audit software (ProSystem Fx a plus)
