Executive Administration, Marketing & Communications Manager
Momentum Technologies is seeking a highly organized Executive Administration, Marketing & Communications Manager to support the CEO and drive operational excellence across marketing and communications. This role involves managing executive communications, marketing operations, and ensuring alignment between leadership priorities and marketing execution.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted operational partner to the CEO, managing priorities, workflows, and follow-through on key initiatives
Coordinate executive communications, meeting preparation, agendas, action items, and cross-functional follow-ups
Act as a central point of coordination between leadership, marketing, internal teams, and external partners
Support strategic planning by organizing materials, timelines, and deliverables tied to company priorities
Handle confidential matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
Lead operational execution for marketing initiatives, including campaign tracking, content calendars, project timelines, and budget coordination
Establish and maintain workflows that keep marketing projects on track, on message, and on deadline
Manage and optimize marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, email marketing, analytics, and project management systems
Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to support leadership decision-making
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and consultants to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery
Support internal and external communications, including leadership messaging, announcements, presentations, and marketing materials
Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across platforms and audiences
Assist with content development and review for web, social media, presentations, investor materials, and corporate communications
Help maintain brand standards and ensure communications align with Momentum’s mission and values
Build and refine operational processes that improve efficiency, visibility, and accountability across executive and marketing workstreams
Create reporting structures to track KPIs, project status, and outcomes
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
Support a culture of clarity, execution, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Five or more years of experience in C suite executive support, marketing operations, communications, or a similar hybrid role
Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership while managing complex, concurrent initiatives
Strong experience with marketing platforms, project management tools, and reporting systems
Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound judgment and polish
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
