Responsibilities

Must have hands on experience to migrate bots/workflows from automation platform (such as UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere etc) to ServiceNow

Must be familiar with ServiceNow RPA design studio

Estimate, design, develop, and implement RPA automations using ServiceNow, adhering to best practices

Analyze and understand business processes to create accurate ServiceNow RPA solutions

Convert existing processes into automated workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption

Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow RPA solutions for optimal performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems

Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring high availability and performance
