Part Time Data Manager/ Evaluator-SAMHSA
BOOM!Health is seeking a Part Time Data Manager/Project Evaluator to conduct process evaluations and report on program objectives. The role involves monitoring data entry, developing client satisfaction surveys, and reporting findings to support client retention and quality improvement.

Responsibilities
The Data Manager/Project Evaluator will monitor data entry by all staff, aggregate data twice monthly, schedule GPRA assessments, provide GPRA data entry, and manage GPRA gift card incentive distributions
Work with program staff and using client input, develop and successively refine a client satisfaction survey
Will seek to conduct the client satisfaction survey with every client
Clients who remain in care for three months will be contacted and asked how they like the program and its helpful and less helpful program features
Clients who miss appointments will be contacted within 3 days and asked the same questions. These clients will be reminded that as this is a low-threshold program, they are welcome back
Clients with missed appointments needing service navigation support will be referred to the CSW and Peer Worker
Will report satisfaction survey findings on program barriers and facilitators monthly at program performance management meetings. The goal of the survey is to support individual client retention, continuous quality improvement, and the development of a program model that maximizes retention
Will document how client evaluation results in program model changes, and we will work with project staff to assess and successively revise the survey instrument every three months to improve its effectiveness. Participates in twice-monthly program Performance Management meetings
Qualification
Required
Three years' experience working directly with populations affected by SUD/COD, HIV/AIDS, and/or homelessness
Will have received training in the EBPs of Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change, and Harm Reduction Theory, and in the provision of trauma-informed services
Preferred
Bilingual preferred
