Responsibilities

Provide technical support during early project planning, focusing on industrial building mechanical system design and pre-construction analysis

Conduct studies on innovative technical designs and implementation methods, including cost and schedule impacts

Research and benchmark industry trends to improve building design, installation, and operational efficiency

Support development of project justifications, business cases, and management presentations

Provide mechanical engineering expertise throughout planning, design, and construction phases

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to meet project objectives

Required

Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline), or 5+ years of hands-on experience with building mechanical systems

5+ years of experience in building design, construction, and/or operations & maintenance

5+ years of experience with industrial building mechanical systems such as HVAC, process piping, chilled water, and compressed air

3+ years of reporting and presentation experience

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
