Responsibilities
Design patterns, prints, and fabrics for home textile products from start to finish
Create artwork using digital tools
Set up tech specs
Communicate with oversees vendors
Keep abreast of industry trends to develop product lines
Able to oversee multiple projects keeping to deadlines while sustaining premium quality
Approve samples, affirm color and quality consistency, and oversee the fit process
Create rendering
Develop tech packs from drawings, including detailed specs for materials, dimensions, and construction methods
Partner with the industrial design team to produce 3D models for presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or related field
3-7 years of experience in home or fashion textiles
Expert knowledge in constructions, materials, and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledge working with repeats, CADs, and production-ready files
Keen eye for trend, color and detail
Highly organized, able to multitask, and deadline-driven
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented
Preferred
Experience with 3D rendering or visualization tools (a plus)
