Responsibilities

Prepare and produce detailed CAD drawings and design documents for grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, and site layouts

Convert survey data and base files into accurate production drawings

Work closely with project engineers, surveyors, and project managers to refine designs and deliverables

Maintain drawing standards, layers, and file organization to ensure consistency and quality

Qualification

Required

Minimum 4 years experience as a CAD Technician / Designer in civil engineering or land development

Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D and solid understanding of civil drafting standards

Experience supporting land development, utility, and site infrastructure projects

Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Professional Engineer (PE) support experience is a plus
