Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle international and domestic logistics operations (FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air, etc.)
Coordinate with warehouses to ensure accurate cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch
Arrange and track transportation schedules with trucking and shipping carriers
Prepare and verify commercial documents (BL, AWB, BOL, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Handle billing processes including A/R invoicing and A/P vendor invoice verification
Monitor job profit & loss (P&L) to meet margin targets
Conduct settlement processes and ensure timely shipment closures
Maintain accurate records in internal TMS/ERP systems
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues
Support problem resolution related to delivery delays, damage, or loss

Required

High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

1–5 years of experience in logistics operations
Knowledge of warehouse & transportation coordination, import/export, and customs procedures
Bilingual in Korean & English
Bachelor's degree
