Responsibilities
An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity
Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Lead generate
Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis
Show homes
Negotiate contracts
Provide white-glove service
Qualification
Required
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
Driven to succeed in sales and in life
You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiating skills
Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team)
