Operations Support Specialist
Ashley Global Retail is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to ensure daily operations run smoothly with a focus on accuracy and service excellence. The role involves providing support across logistics functions, managing shipment tracking, and delivering customer service while maintaining safety compliance.

Responsibilities
Manage shipment tracking through ADS systems, resolving discrepancies and providing real-time updates
Deliver responsive customer service for furniture and 3PL operations
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and keep communication flowing between stakeholders
Validate operational data for accuracy across multiple systems
Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and research delivery disputes
Monitor on-time performance (OTP) metrics
Generate reports, highlight trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation support roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in logistics systems, data validation, and reporting tools
Detail-driven with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
