Responsibilities

Perform receiving, stocking, shipping, and issuing to the production floor for all materials. Materials include outbound and inbound parts, consumables, office supplies, used packaging, and other items in the warehouse

Support packing, palletizing, weighing, recycling, and labeling

Perform the creation of truck loading plans, parts loading, unloading, parcel delivery, driver location follow-ups, and other related activities

Update ERP systems and external documentation related to warehouse and logistics. This includes doing order receipts, invoicing, open delivery reports, bill of lading, international shipping customs paperwork, creating / closing tickets, parcel label creation, bin creations, parts returns, etc

Support cycle counts, quantity gap reconciliation, warehouse housekeeping tasks, and documentation needed to maintain accurate inventory and timely ERP updates

Verify quantity, part numbers, description, arrival dates, and documents of incoming materials
