They are seeking a Real Estate Sales Consultant to assist clients in buying and selling properties, while also identifying off-market distressed properties and managing the acquisition process.

Responsibilities
Assisting clients in buying and selling real estate properties
Providing exceptional customer service
Conducting property viewings
Negotiating deals on behalf of clients
Staying up to date with the real estate market trends
Maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the process
Identifying off-market distressed properties
Conducting due diligence
Managing the acquisition and closing process from start to finish
Marketing the properties to our pool of selected domestic and international buyers
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and experience in real estate, including understanding of the market and property evaluations
Experience in identifying and evaluating distressed off-market properties
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
Analytical skills with proficiency in due diligence processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred
Experience in real estate is a plus
