Audio Visual Sales Executive
HireSparks AV Recruiting is seeking an Audio Visual Sales Executive for a trusted name in professional audiovisual integration. The role involves building client relationships, developing AV solutions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients onsite to understand their needs and develop creative AV solutions
Create high-level (80%) conceptual system designs before collaborating with the Design Team for detailed engineering
Build and manage long-term client relationships through every stage of the project
Work closely with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Generate new business opportunities, particularly within churches, performing arts venues, and live event spaces
Qualification
Required
Strong technical knowledge of AV systems from either an end-user or installation/project management background
Proven success in consultative, relationship-based sales — not just RFP or bid-driven work
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
Must be based in the Fort Worth or Dallas area and available for regular onsite client meetings
