ESPEC North America Inc is a partner in environmental and accelerated reliability test chambers and solutions. They are seeking a Programmer II who will be responsible for producing CNC programs, troubleshooting machines and software, and managing programming jobs to ensure timely delivery to internal customers.

Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Produces and creates CNC programs according to run lists, work orders, and specifications on Engineering prints

Processes custom content

Troubleshoots programs, machines and software

Implements a wide range of programming software

Writes scripts and creates programming processes

Formulates macros in Microsoft Excel

Manages incoming programming jobs, ECNs, and work orders to ensure delivery to internal customers on time

Updates Manager and Sheet Metal Group Leader on assigned jobs

Maintains program files and associated files as necessary

Possesses knowledge of all Sheet Metal machines and programs such as Brake Press, Turret, Panel Bender, Laser, and Shear

Updates and communicates issues daily

Receives training/experience to become proficient in processing custom work content and communicating Engineering design issues

Uses Vernier calipers on occasion

Cooperates with others to improve productivity and quality

Keeps work area clean and free of debris

Regular physical attendance is required

Performs other routine duties as assigned
