They are seeking a Compliance/Regulatory Intern to support compliance monitoring, auditing programs, and assist in developing compliance strategies while working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and auditing compliance programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations

Support the identification and assessment of potential compliance risks and help develop strategies to mitigate them

Participate in the development and delivery of compliance training programs

Assist in the review and update of compliance policies and procedures

Research regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Support data privacy initiatives and anti-fraud measures

Assist in the management of conflict-of-interest disclosures and related processes

Collaborate with various departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to compliance and regulatory matters

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field

Strong analytical and research abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
