Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the 360 Careers program and Assurance talent initiatives
Create engaging campaigns and materials for recruiting and campus outreach that highlight EY’s value proposition
Collaborate with Employer Brand, Talent, and Recruiting teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
Drive innovative engagement tactics for early accounting talent through events, digital channels, and paid media
Manage complex marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in talent marketing, communications, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Human Resources
Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools for talent engagement
