The Assistant Regional Operations Manager is responsible for preparing residential installation crews for pre-construction projects and managing regional inside operations and administrative duties.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the accuracy of information provided to the crews, within the crew Job Packet
Managing local installer payroll audits and payroll app acceptance/accuracy
Process installation reporting and uploading photos and documents into customers' files
Managing solar installation workflow for the region
Initiating inspections processes and communicating with the Inspections Coordinator
Managing customer accounts in Project Sunrise from installation to project completion
Working closely with ROM and HR department on employee relations issues
Assisting with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use
Strong work ethic
Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization
Ability to meet motor vehicle requirements and maintain a valid driver's license
Ability to perform normal office duties
Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine the accuracy of work
Previous project administration or field construction experience
Valid Drivers License
Preferred
Prior team lead or supervisory experience is strongly preferred
Prior solar energy experience is strongly preferred
