Manager, Partnership Account Management

The Manager of Partner Account Management will lead a team responsible for driving revenue through agency partnerships and coaching them to become advocates for accessiBe's solutions.

Responsibilities
Build the Squad: Recruit, hire, and train high-performing Partner Account Managers who understand the agency landscape
The "Sell-Through" Mindset: Coach your team not just on selling •to• the partner, but on teaching the partner how to sell •to their clients•. You will help your reps become trusted business consultants for their agencies
Culture of Action: Foster a high-energy environment where your team feels empowered to jump on joint calls, run webinars for partner clients, and do whatever it takes to help our partners win
Wallet Share Expansion: Agencies have hundreds of clients; most only have accessiBe on a few. Your job is to drive the strategy that captures that white space. You will track "Partner Penetration" as a key metric
Renewal & Retention: You will oversee the renewal health of the partner’s entire book of business. When a partner’s end-client is at risk, you guide your team on how to equip the partner to save the deal
Forecasting: You will own the number for your team’s book of business, reporting on Partner NRR, expansion revenue, and active partner engagement
Agency Business Growth: You will champion the message that accessiBe isn’t just a tool for compliance—it’s a revenue generator for the agency (via commissions and service retainers)
Escalation Management: You will serve as the executive sponsor for our top-tier agency partners. When a partner needs high-level support—whether it's legal questions for a client or technical needs—you are the heavy hitter who steps in
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with our Marketing and Product teams to ensure your partners have the white-labeled decks, sales assets, and education they need to pitch accessibility confidently
Qualification
Required
3+ years of leadership experience in Channel Sales, Partnership Management, or Agency Sales
Understanding of how agencies make money and how to fit a SaaS product into their service model
Ability to prioritize time and resources on high-potential partners
Comfort with quotas and metrics like Partner NRR, Utilization Rates, and Commission Payouts
Empathy towards agencies and understanding their challenges
Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to pivot strategies quickly
