Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and accountability
Optimize development processes to improve flow, quality, and delivery predictability
Partner closely with Product Management to align engineering execution with business priorities
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering organization, including managers and technical leads
Establish and track engineering metrics (velocity, cycle time, quality, on-time delivery) and provide execution visibility
Anticipate and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term technical excellence and scalability
Champion modern engineering practices and AI-enabled tools to improve team efficiency and reliability

Required

7–10 years of software engineering experience, including 3–5+ years in leadership roles
Experience scaling and optimizing engineering teams in high-growth environments
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and delivery planning
Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred

Background in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
