Conduct thorough legal and factual research, and develop effective defense strategies for clients
Draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs to support defense strategies
Handle written discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare witnesses for these proceedings
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience
2+ years of insurance defense experience
Previous deposition experience
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey
