This role is critical in defining and executing the vision for a privacy-first, consent-driven data ecosystem that supports fan engagement and digital product experiences.

Responsibilities
Define and own the product strategy for consent and privacy data management, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.)
Develop and maintain the data strategy roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of consent data across marketing, CRM, data and digital engagement platforms
Collaborate with digital and engineering teams to design scalable data architectures and pipelines that support consent-driven analytics and personalization
Establish governance frameworks for consent data, ensuring compliance, data quality, and operational readiness
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions
Monitor and optimize integrations between consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust) and external systems (ESPs, CRMs, CDPs)
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and privacy-enhancing technologies
Lead Agile ceremonies and oversee delivery timelines, ensuring alignment between product vision and technical execution
Provide thought leadership on emerging privacy regulations, consent management best practices, and data ethics
Support enablement efforts by creating product collateral, presentations, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
6-9 years of experience in product and data strategy
Experience in defining and owning product strategy for consent and privacy data management
Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR and PIPEDA
Ability to develop and maintain a data strategy roadmap
Experience collaborating with digital and engineering teams to design scalable data architectures
Establish governance frameworks for consent data
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ability to monitor and optimize integrations between consent management platforms and external systems
Experience driving innovation in automation, advanced analytics, and privacy-enhancing technologies
Experience leading Agile ceremonies and overseeing delivery timelines
Thought leadership on emerging privacy regulations and consent management best practices
Ability to create product collateral, presentations, and training materials
