Manager Total Rewards
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to design and evolve Compensation and Benefits programs that reflect People-First culture, balance competitiveness, cost stewardship, and equity and support business growth
Deliver clear, data-driven insights on pay and benefits trends to guide decision-making, ensure compliance, and uphold integrity and accountability for performance in all Total Rewards practices
Equip leaders with tools and knowledge to make fair, consistent pay decisions; communicate Total Rewards programs in a way that builds understanding, trust, and respect
Simplify processes, enhance technology and analytics, and champion initiatives that support our team members and strengthen Antunes as an employer of choice
Qualification
Required
Experience in designing and evolving Compensation and Benefits programs
Ability to deliver clear, data-driven insights on pay and benefits trends
Knowledge of compliance and integrity in Total Rewards practices
Experience in equipping leaders with tools for fair pay decisions
Strong communication skills to convey Total Rewards programs effectively
Ability to simplify processes and enhance technology and analytics
