Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance, safety, and operational controls are in place while supporting branch efficiency

Community Engagement: Represent Mission Fed at local events and foster relationships that grow our member base

Be a Trusted Partner: Assist with lending, new accounts, and branch operations to ensure seamless member experiences

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent (experience may substitute for education)

4+ years in financial services, including sales, lending, and operations

2+ years in a supervisory role with proven success in coaching and team development

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to analyze credit reports and understand lending processes

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; Symitar experience is a plus

Preferred

Notary Public Commission or Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) certification—or willingness to obtain
