Director of Commercial Sales
Responsibilities
Building and managing relationships with new and existing customers
Selling transportation solutions across Flatbed, Step Deck, RGN, and Over-Dimensional freight
Collaborating with operations and pricing teams to craft customer-centric logistics strategies
Tracking opportunities, quotes, and performance via CRM tools
Delivering exceptional service and communication throughout the shipping lifecycle
Qualification
Required
2+ years of proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage
Expertise in flatbed, specialized equipment, open deck, or step deck operations
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Travel required; hybrid or remote flexibility available based on experience
Preferred
Established book of flatbed/open deck business
Familiarity with Sandler or similar sales methodologies
TMS experience
