Medasource is seeking an experienced Workday Finance and Supply Chain Functional Analyst to support a large, complex hospital system. This role focuses on provider-side healthcare operations, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate finance and supply chain requirements into effective Workday configurations.

Responsibilities

Functional Analysis and Configuration
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders within a hospital environment
Configure and support Workday Financial Management and Supply Chain modules, including procurement, inventory, supplier accounts, expenses, and assets as applicable
Maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, validations, and security configurations
Partner with Workday developers and integration teams to support functional design and testing
Support hospital-specific supply chain workflows, including medical and surgical inventory, clinical and non-clinical procurement, and vendor and contract management
Work closely with supply chain leadership to ensure Workday configurations support operational efficiency and compliance
Provide subject matter expertise on provider-side healthcare finance and supply chain processes
Develop test scenarios and participate in unit, system, and user acceptance testing
Support production issues, root cause analysis, and ongoing enhancements
Assist with release management, regression testing, and Workday updates
Support standard and custom Workday reports related to finance and supply chain
Assist with data validation, conversions, and ongoing data quality efforts

Required

5 or more years of Workday functional experience with strong focus on Financial Management and Supply Chain Management
Healthcare provider or hospital system experience required; payer experience is not applicable for this role
Demonstrated experience with procurement, inventory, supplier management, and finance workflows
Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations
Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple hospitals or facilities
Ability to work independently in a fully remote contract role

Preferred

Experience supporting a large hospital or integrated health system
Workday certifications in Financial Management or Supply Chain
Experience with Workday implementations, post-go-live support, or optimization initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with operational and executive stakeholders
