1st / 2nd / 3rd shift Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
All Fleet Inc is a multifaceted diesel repair company providing 24-hour road service. They are looking for a dynamic individual to be a full-time dispatcher for a fleet of 100+ technicians, managing customer calls for immediate repair service and coordinating technician responses. The role involves gathering information from callers, dispatching technicians, and maintaining communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities
Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information
Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units
Ability to think ahead and plan for the most efficient routes and use of techs to complete work
Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system
Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency
Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule
Maintain and update call logs, call records, and other important documentation
Computer, phone, and text communication with technicians and customers
Managing large company accounts for the company's building relationship with key personnel
Communicate with drivers and mechanics on repairs and service needs of trucks and trailers
Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts
Qualification
Required
Industry/Call center experience is required
Skill in multi-tasking
Experience handling stressful situations
Excellent communication skills
Superb organizational and interpersonal skills
