US IT Staffing Sales Hunter (New Business Development)
Snowrelic Inc is a fast-growing US IT staffing and consulting firm seeking an experienced Sales Hunter to drive new business acquisition. This role focuses on onboarding new clients, executing outbound sales, and generating IT contract requirements.

Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new end clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors
Execute outbound sales via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn
Schedule and lead discovery calls with hiring managers and vendor managers
Negotiate bill rates, margins, and contract terms
Close MSAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
Gather job requirements and align with recruiting teams
Drive submissions → interviews → placements
Push for exclusive or priority roles
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
Qualification
Required
3–8 years of US IT staffing sales experience
Proven success in new logo acquisition
Strong network with end clients, MSPs, or Tier-1 vendors
Experience selling C2C and W2 contract staffing
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable working in a quota-driven, hunter environment
