Responsibilities

Administrative support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, take meeting notes, and organize digital and physical files

Document and presentation creation: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents using programs like Microsoft Office and Canva

Project assistance: Support team members on various projects and initiatives, which may include content-related tasks

Communication: Help manage correspondence, both internally and externally

Data management: Assist in maintaining databases, tracking information, and performing data entry

Office tasks: Perform general office duties such as managing mail, ordering supplies, and handling information requests

Required

Current undergraduate or recent graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields

Familiarity with office, design, or technical software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint), Canva, ChatGPT, Slack, JIRA, Figma, and CMS

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions for reports and projects

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with a team

Meticulous attention to detail in administrative and project-related tasks

Preferred

Experience with generative AI software like Veo, Midjourney, Sora, and others
