Racquetworld.com is a leading online retailer in the racquet sports industry, proudly serving customers for 30 years. They are seeking a motivated Assistant E-Commerce and Email Marketing Coordinator to support e-commerce initiatives, manage product listings, and enhance online presence.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation, maintenance, and organization of product listings across our e-commerce platforms
Collaborate on e-commerce campaigns to optimize merchandising and promote special offers
Utilize email marketing software (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) to assist in the development and execution of email campaigns
Engage with customers by responding to general inquiries, processing orders, and providing customer service support
Perform data entry and basic analytical tasks in Microsoft Excel
Assist with basic HTML coding as needed to ensure website content aligns with marketing strategies

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or PaintShop Pro, and Canva
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HTML coding
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
Punctual and diligent work ethic
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred

Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus
