Sales Administrator

Confidential is a growing organization based in Chicago seeking a Sales Administrator to support business operations, sales execution, and client service. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure service accuracy and high standards for stakeholders and clients.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the development of high-quality sales presentations and proposals
Manage pricing and contract setup for temporary or surge service requests
Audit contracts and internal databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming client service requests
Track contract terms and expiration dates to ensure ongoing compliance
Organize and distribute Certificates of Insurance (COIs) as required
Coordinate executive and client meetings, managing calendars and expectations
Review and monitor licensing requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance
Verify proper Purchase Order (PO) documentation for sales and service transactions
Maintain high-quality, accurate data within Salesforce CRM
Support vendor relationships, including uniform providers
Coordinate contract execution and scheduling for client training seminars
Assist with employee recognition initiatives and office events
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a sales administration, operations, or administrative support role
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Occasional travel (less than 10%) to client or branch offices in suburban Chicago or northwest Indiana
