Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ability to do equipment match-ups
Prepare quotes using Field Edge, Manual J calculations, and Conduit Tech (LiDAR scanning)
Follow up on quotes and leads to close sales and build lasting relationships
Comfortable visiting commercial locations for business development and lead generation
Maintain accurate records in CRM system, tracking pipeline, quotes, and client communications
Coordinate with installation and support teams for smooth project execution

Required

Minimum of 5 years of HVAC sales experience, ideally in both residential and light commercial environments
