Mid LevelARS Logistics is seeking driven salespeople who are committed to cultivating partnerships with customers in the transportation and logistics sector. The role involves acquiring new business and selling a full range of multi-modal logistics services while focusing on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Demonstrated history of acquiring new accounts / new business in a transportation / logistics sales position
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively combined with great follow up
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports, as well as ability to write reports and professional business correspondence
After hours or weekend work as required by customer demands and/or seasonality typical to transportation
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful and generally strong computer skills
Ability to learn new software and computer systems
Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills required with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrates the ability to connect with others on a personal level to create an openness and trust in the relationship whether with team members, customers, or stakeholders
