Supervising a Staff of 4-6
Responsible for Assisting CFO with Financial Initiatives including M&A, FP&A, Reporting, Managing Banking Relationships, and Capital Strategy
Oversee P&L for North America
Budgeting & Forecasting
Strategic Planning
Financial Modeling
Performance Analysis
Streamlining Processes; Driving Efficiencies
Oversee Month-End Close, Consolidations, Financial Reporting
Oversee the Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Package and Deliver Financial Insights to Internal and External Stakeholders
Ensure Financial Statements are Prepared in Accordance with US GAAP
Plan and Manage Annual Financial Statement Audits with External Auditors
Improve & Streamline Financial Policies & Procedures
Provide Strategic Financial Input and Leadership on M&A Activities including Due Diligence, Valuation, and Financial Modeling for Potential Acquisitions
Special Projects with the Global CFO
Qualification
Required
8-12 Years of Finance & Accounting Experience at Global Company. Ideal Candidates will have a Mix of Public/Private with a CPA & MBA
Strong Leadership Skills
Preferred
Global Entertainment, Media, or Sports Industry Experience a plus
